Someone high iq here, who ideally got undereye fillers themselves how was your experience, did you experience any complications? and also if people know what is the botch rate/complication rate for Under eye dermal filler and botox (jelly roll/crooks feet) I found this crazy eye area transformation and i want to go get the exact same thing

Literally insane ngl, they had tear trough filler pretty sure they told them to add enough volume so the lower eyelid also goes up too but im scared of complications etc.. i have the money and within the next year i want to get this (Dermal filler under eye + Jelly roll botox)

Yea im quite broke i got like 1.6k$ rn saved up so ill probably get fillers for a couple years until i get a job i just rely on my parents money rn. But im 100% getting these fillers in the next 6-12 months since its a no brainer atp the results are fucking crazy and the amount of customization you can do with your goals, i can straight up tell them i want less sclera show and i want my lower eyelids up and they can do that since filler is so broad.

obviously way more risky, invasive and expensive, usually also requires fat grafting afterwards to blend the implants anyway (since the uncanny risk is high) so i'd say if you're truly fucked in the infra department with crazy hollowing and a decent amount of money, then go for it, but otherwise wouldn’t recommend.

I mean this is completely different topic, but surgery is always going to have a risk factor wayyy more than fillers and fat grafting, you likely will never get these and if you do good shit but its risky 100%

i have seen implants that are "wrap around zygo/infra implants"

is that eppley? If so you'd need a shit tonne of money for that jfl. Personally i'm going for small calcium (semi permanent) fillers in the zygo regions for a subtle natural enhancement as opposed to full on implants, but you do you man, just don’t be too surprised if you end up looking uncanny and completely fucked financially

visible implant edges, excessive shine over the zygo and infra regions due to implanted material catching light unnaturally, can also cause your fat to sag unnaturally underneath the implants, which is why many people who opt for midface implants pair it with either a full midface lift (ideal but easily another huge price tag added to the cost) or multiple rounds of fat grafting post surgery

If you opt for dense, almost 'bone like' fillers such as radiesse, and get them, in areas with strong bone support like the chin, jaw, zygos, the migratiojn risk is essentially 0.

if your recession is severe, genio, otherwise a chin implant, especially since it has more ability to create width as opposed to a genio. The chin is for sure the easiest place to get 100% natural looking implants

It’s not suitable to try and create a “saddled” structure. Filler works great for making wide, relatively flat structures that conform to the underlying bone. Trying to make a thin and projecting structure will just spread out (migrate).

This is what I understood from my consults back in my filler-considering days.
