Under Eye Improvements, Infraorbital Rim Surgery??

Just wondering how I can improve my eye area, I’ve tried under eye filler but only helped with hollowness and not desired affect. Infraorbital rim surgery valid? Fat transfers? Or upper cheek support? I guess concealer could be a shout too, btw this is genetic I’ve had dark circles my whole life. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

I went to an Oculoplastic surgery place in UK and they said I don’t need bleph at all, I don’t really have an eye bag it’s mainly hollowness and under eye darkness. It’s hard to tell in these photos tbf.

I'd get infras with lower eyelid retraction first, heal for a few months, get fat grafts later.

That’s what I’m thinking, I’ve been looking into infras it seems a bit risky, but I guess that comes with all surgeries. Surgery is only option to achieve a better result for my under eyes I think as they’re genetic.

Infras risky? If you don't get huge infras like linoob, the only risk is permanent nerve damage, very rare tho, especially with a competent surgeon.

Yh true, I’ve been researching and Dr Taban seems solid, don’t know if ur aware.

Brah, have you heard of frank tufano? He got botched orbital decompression from dr taban, the dr downplayed the risk. Ofc there are two sides of the story and Frank Tufano is perhaps not being fully truthful. But then again,
every surgeon will have some botches. If you don't get extremely risky surgeries, you should generally be fine.

I probably need to do more research first before I fully commit I’m only 23 years old turned recently so I’m fine waiting another 2/3 years. I’ll have to see but surely infraorbital implants aren’t crazy crazy risky. Anyway from my small research Dr Taban does seem fairly solid.

Bro, I am 19, hardmaxx as early as possible. Orbital decompression is next level shit, the vast majority of surgeons doesn't even have this listed in the cosmetic section.

Yh true, maybe I’ll get it done in the next year before I turn 24 I’ll see gonna be costly tho. Cause I’ll have to fly out too.
