What fixes this? I know its recessed there but I also have dark circles and eyebags so what would be the most optimal fix

Cysteamine for dark under eyes?
Volufiline for less shadowing?

I already got tear trough filler and not planning to do fat grafting anytime yet

Your under eyes look alright but just get botox or fillers for UUE.

But you could get infraorbital implants.

u need infra implant so it will not be droppy and no circles , and u can do cantho js for the droppy problem
Agreed. But prio for me is custom jawline augmentation before anything honestly..

Btw arent infra implants the most hyped surgery on the forum? In terms of ROI

yh its dangerous cuz the skin there is thin and it has high risk , and infra is a rlly common recession many ppl dont care , I think if u need jaw implant its better to go for it , also fat grafting mog orbitals iplant tbh but u said u didnt wanted to do it so

you would say fat grafting > infra implants? I heard thats the worst part in the face to do fat grafting because of the fat cells not holding there as easily over time

t it would resolve u issue better which is dark eye circles , like infra orbitals implant are if u want to resolve that droppy LEE and also support the skin , also I wouldnt risk infra implant cuz getting an infection the must be 1 of the worst thing that could happens and it happens regulary , also its false , u body will absorb 50% of the fat during the first 6 month and the rest will stay for ever as fat

Thanks for the small education. This 50% rule applies to every part of the face with fat grafting? And I agree the surgery is way to risky

mmh yh but dont forgot that fat distribution is genetic so it depends , but I dont think that ur body can take more than 50% like 50% is rlly tha max the avg is 30%

the studies show like 2% augmentation in female breast lol this product doesnt work the skin is basically to thick and the product basically cant go throught

30% loss or 30% total hold of fat after surg

Amazing ROI if you ask me for such a safe and cheap surgery
u say fat grafting have a high ROI ? yes I agree tbh its the easiest way to transform ur eye area orbitals fat is as important as structure

Yes the ROI is great especially compared to the the risk & pricing and permanent results. Any idea what facial location is worth fat grafting? I can image something like upper orbital rim fat grafting would not only hold more fat but would be a "easy" UEE fix.

yes uee fat grafting is the way to fix uee , now if we want to see other part of the face except orbitals , we have lips but not rlly a good ROI depending on the case , but u also can use it to fix nasolabials folds like the lines itachi have u see , u can add fat the the line dissapear and u can mask what is in most of the case a maxillary recession without an osteotomy , those are the only 2 common usage ik on fat grafting that doesnt concern eye area

I see a lot of people combine face grafting with cantho. You think thats necessary for a optimal eye area or would fat grafting do the job on its own?
