under eye misc upgrade

i feel stupid asking this because of all my time spent looksmaxxing
but i never worried about my under eye until now, cus of misc
so how can i get rid or hide eye bags and dark spots

concealers, tinted spf, bb cream, Retenoids. If the issue is structural then maybe implants or fat grafting.
