is it possible to get thicker under eye skin naturally?

I hate my under eye area, in some lightnings it looks good and normal and in some very bad.

Looks like tear troughs. Visit a good plastic surgeon, maybe he can reduce them with fillers. But don't overdo it, you don't wanna end up looking puffy/chubby. Also start chewing tough gum 1h per day. Dermarolling is another thing to consider trying.

I feel you. My dark circles are even more prominent than yours and literally nothing helps. I wanted to start using some vit C serum but I doubt it will do anything. Also what about the rolling? How am I suppossed to do that under eyes where skin is so fucking thin I will literally puncture through it.

I'm not even sure if those are tear troughs. I think the folds that you're seeing are caused by low malar fat pads, similar to what you'd see in older people as a result of aging. I think you're best off seeing some surgeon/esthetician specialized in reversing effects of aging on the face

idk I've seen it be more prominent like that in younger people too, I don't really know what causes it. Might be lack of bones but even Delon has it to a certain point and I don't believe that's his issue. I don't think you'll get a proper response here regarding what causes it, consult with a professional instead.
