Under eyes hollowing

Does anyone know what could be the cause of my under eye area getting noticeably worse? There is now a like between where to bone is and where there isn’t, giving me sunken eyes. I did not use to have this. Could it be because of tretinoin or bone smashing? I look sub5

if Ur using tret than any difference in pigment is gonna be exaggerated for the most part other than cope serums and bullshit creams fat grafts are gonna be the go to for coloring but if ur side profile is also recessed then you could go the route of infraorbital implants. or just use make up if you are rly desperate
