Under-socialization as a Child

I was severely under socialized as a child. Throughout all of elementary school, the only time I interacted with people other than my family was at school. Then covid hit during middle school and I ended up barely talking to anyone except over call (which pales in comparison to in person conversation and in my opinion is the biggest cope for modern young men). Because of this, I entered freshman year as an utter retard. After two whole years I've made a good amount of progress, but I feel like my reputation and been limiting my potential.
