Underactive thyroid stunts/slows craniofacial development

Does this mean that I am in a better spot for doing MSE and FM? As my cranio facial complex is in more of a childish state? thus if perhaps I start my MSE while just beginning thyroxine treatment + GH/IGF1 increase could be the perfect storm to achieve best transformation with any form of CFD correction. Thoughts?
