Underbite and small jawline - Jaw surgery or wraparound jaw implant?

What makes more sense if you have an underbite? Jaw surgery will correct the underbite and improve aesthetics. A wraparound jaw implant with improve aesthetics but not correct underbite but the aesthetic improvement will be more defined. It is likely that jaw surgery would be more natural looking. Anyone thought about this or had to make this decision before?

Not everything is and will be jaw surgery. Depending on how severe your underbite is, surgery isn't warranted unless in severe cases. If you have a small underbite, and not a facial deformity, it can be fixed with braces, and you can get jaw implants after. But be forewarned jaw implants are extensive, and they hurt like a mother fucker. You also will look like a balloon for several months, and feel, and look like shit until the final result comes in. Jaw fillers are a nice touch. I've done both. I liked my jaw implants, but jaw fillers really helped nail the sharp angular look.

My profile is still garbage though, but it hasn't limited me from getting pussy. But I guess if you want to impress the autists on PSL by jaw jutting, and cheek sucking so they can be "mirrin" your side profile than go for it.
