I have come to the grave realization how much my underbite has impacted my life. I have developed clear facial symmetry due to being forced to chew with one side of my jaw and the overall displacement of my bite. I noticed my loud breathing in recordings and i cannot sleep with my mouth closed. I also suffer sleep apnea. My insurance would cover the surgery but i‘m asking how much would i ascend? Would correcting my bite be enough or should i add implants aswell since my Main concern is appearance? People see me as subhuman and i finally get why.

Your underbite, if confirmed, doesn't show from the side.
Your side profile pictures reveal other jaw-related flaws : a short ramus, which throws off the gonial angle and gives this round shape to the jawline ; and a slightly recessed chin, which contributes to a suboptimal facial convexity (~160° VS 165-170° ideally).

Your side profile pictures also reveal that your nose is too upturned, with a nasolabial angle of ~115° VS 100-105° ideally.
It's apparent in both your front & side profile pictures that your hair is minitiaturizing, thus causing a deficient volume and a receded look around the hairline and temporal peaks.
Your lateral eyebrows lack definition too.

What can you do about it ?
recessed chin -> genioplasty
short ramus -> inverted L osteotomy, jaw angle implant
upturned nose -> rhinoplasty
thin lateral eyebrow -> minoxidil + microneedling ; brow pencil for a quick temporary fix
thinning & receding hair -> finasteride/dutasteride + minoxidil + microneedling

Would it be worth it ?
Yes and no.
Yes, because that may improve your facial harmony and overall looks.
No, because it won't truly ascend you due to the base you're working with. Your looks will probably be stuck around the average.

What should you do then ?
Consult with an orthodontist and an orthognathic surgeon to correct your bite issue and discuss other jaw-related problems. Based on your post, a functional bite would significantly improve your quality of life, regardless of looks. So whichever procedure you need will be worth it.
If you haven't done so already, hop on hairloss medication to hopefully stop the loss and reverse it. Going bald would undermine or nullify other looksmaxxing efforts.

No, I would disagree. I think the second morph simply looks like a regular guy with no jarring flaw. Which is sufficient to get by in life, outside social media and dating apps.

There is a front profile pic in the OP.
The jaw assymetry is quite visible. Other than that, he doesn't look too bad, just unremarkable.

The suggested procedures in my previous message could improve his front profile to some extent.

And if he smiles too then its a plus

I feel like i have two different side profiles due to facial asymmetry

I'm in a similar position as you although I don't have sleep apnea and I also have a better mandible. But I'm also class III with similar asymmetry. And my plan is to get surgery just for what's medically necessary, which in my case is moving only the maxilla, and then reassess after that and if I still want better symmetry, maybe I'll look into filler. But fixing the bite from a medical standpoint is what's necessary, and in your case also the airway, anything else is just a bonus and can be done later.

I'd think because of the apnea, your surgical plan involves moving your mandible as well, which would be big. So don't underestimate how different you'll look and don't plan anything until after you have that result.

It would help to know if your asymmetry is because of a posterior occlusal cant, or because the anterior structures of the face (chin and cheekbones) just have more mass on one side. Mine is the latter which is why I'm thinking filler, but if yours is because of a cant you can ask them to fix that in surgery.

It's good to see another class III case on here, there aren't many.

Here are two pics of my underbite i feel like they hinder muscle development on one side of my face making it look more recessed but my bones should be good. Idk though.
