I have genuine facial deformation in form of an underbite. Lots of people cope with Bimax thinking they will ascend however the procedure was made for genuinely deformed people like me. Do you think with implants I could ascend considering i‘m more of a „fit“ for this surgery than most?

no i haven´t done anything yet but i´m taking steps for a bimax to correct my underbite and add jaw angle implants since i´m downgrown.
Btw have you heard of Dr. Kühle in Germany and what do you think of him?
