if you have an underbite or had one previously before orthodontics, please state (if you remember) if your tongue would ever rest against the bottom row of teeth, or if it didn’t, did you ever thrust your tongue against your teeth when you swallowed?

Orthodontics/underbitecel. I did not rest against the bottom teeth, now that you mention it. I've adjusted my tongue position accordingly and I feel a considerably higher amount of force upwards. Swallowing in this position exerts even more force. Interesting find.
