Underdeveloped bone under the eye

The problem is as follows.

On the left side of my face, the bone under my eye looks pretty damn undeveloped, while on the right side (the one I've always chewed on) it's okay. The difference between them is about a 1cm and this makes a big difference

This is very noticeable, especially if you compare both sides of the face, on the right I even look like normie, but on the left as incel and all because of a few millimeters of fucking bone.

The question: Is it possible to correct this without plastic surgery using fillers or lipofilling or is an implant still needed?
