Ever since I was 8 my mother would make me drink soy/almond milk instead of regular milk and would push these vegan ideals on me. Trying to brainwash me into thinking meat and real milk is bad for you and shouldn’t be consumed. During early childhood all I would eat is green leaves and all I would drink was water and soy/almond milk.
Due to that it caused me to be underdeveloped with basically no saving. Now, My mom doesn’t even like when she sees me drinking real milk and hates when I ask for steak for dinner. Ive cut out most vegetables from my diet and i’ve seen some improvements, Ive gotten way taller, bones growing, face getting less bloated/puffy. But, about a week ago I told my mom that I wanted to add occasional raw meat into my diet because we have a good farm 5 minutes from my house. But she started telling me about the side effects of raw meat. When I told her the positives and how if you get it from a good farm you don’t have to worry about the negatives, she started yelling at me and took my phone for a couple days. But, when I asked my dad(who doesn’t live with me) He was open to it as long as I get it from a good source. When I lived with my dad he was the main one cooking and he would always make steaks and meat. But when we moved away it all fell downhill. I told my mom that my dad was open to the idea of raw meat but it’s like everything just goes in one ear and out the other. I asked her to at least buy the liver from the farm and i’ll just eat it raw without her knowing.
