Undereye area maxing

I have scleral show with thin undereye skin which makes veins visible, tear troughs and a negative orbital vector. Should I consider PEEK saddled infraorbital implants + lower eyelid retraction or should I just get fat grafted and lower eyelid retraction? What surgeons specializes in such procedures?

You can do exercises like squinting to hypertrophy the muscles around the eyes and reduce the exposure of sclera, but for the rest, I can't advise you.

Ig infra implants for 6-8k by Dr Louis apostolakis. Dr Pagnoni does it too but idk about the cost. Blepharoplasty shouldn't cost that much
