Think about it, the fat from the face is slowly disappearing from birth ( like baby fat) and the eye area is usually the first where it is possible to recognize on 30 YO folks.

well not subhuman tier but i had always bad undereye support. there are pics from 7th grade and you can see circles in my eyes (thankfully not black)
fat grafts do work, my friend got it. undereye filler is also magical and since it's really minimal, i doubt if it can create bloated look through years.
