undereye discoloration

anyone have a thread/methods or tip on how to fix under eye discolorations that negatively contrast with my skin?

i have a dark look under my eyes and my under eye texture is horrible with like little dots i currently use 0.1% tretinoin, sunscreen, moisturizer and benzyl peroxide 10%

(infras r pretty recessed ye but the discoloration has never been this bad )
