undereye fat grafting vs implants for recessed tear troughs

I'm fascinated that people here haven't yet understood the main reason why an infraorbitals implant is used. Fillers and fat grafting only add volume, and that is their only feature. Infraorbitals mimic to some extent bone projection and vertical augmentation of the orbital floor from the front, both of which are absolutely essential making the main difference in the eye area.
