In a few weeks I want to DIY filler under my eyes, are there any tutorials on how to do this safely, im not touching my upper eyelid cuz its too risky, but im willing to do lower eyelids, how?

Both areas are ridiculously risky, you won't pull this off unless you've got steady hands & experience injecting filler in other places.

I would say you'd even need some sort of rented ultrasound equipment for this.

I'm considering doing fat grafting in my undereyes but that would be in an aseptic environment with all the equipment needed and would cost like $1k+ to setup

It simply wouldn't be worth it for you to make a $1000 setup for filler

if I do it, of course

I'm gonna film me injecting my gf with chin filler first, make a thread on that, then she's gonna help me extract for the fat grafting

I'll be doing it in a few weeks too, the risk is overrated and people think that way because of veins around the area without knowing that it's not that risky due to it's depth.

I'm gonna write here what I've already wrote to Orka:
Prove me it isn't, Infraorbital filler risk is a meme. There is lit one vein that you can possibly hit if you're not so dumb and it's under the bone. You won't hit that vein unless you inject the filler from the sides not from the below.

1771111848278

The vein you're seeing here is under the bone, and it's very rare for you to hit the filler when you go from the side and above the bone.

1771111996915

Like this. I've been drawing all of the veins with their depth & wiping when i do it wrong until all of the drawings are on the right place to my face. I still don't see a reason to not injecting it to infraorbitals.

1771112193024

In here you can understand how and where to really inject the needle and it's go through canal. Let me know your concerns about the topic.

First I'll do DIY Chin filler, then DIY Jaw filler then DIY under-eye fillers. After that I may think of DIY Rhinoplasty with fillers but it's a risky procedure, still I don't think too risky to not do it. I've ordered 20ml of fillers.
More explanation on the topic:

We have infraorbital artery, Angular artery, Facial artery, Dorsal nasal artery and Suborbicularis oculi arterial branches in the region.

Infraorbital artery:

1771150784441
1771150794434
1771150838633

the MOST concern is here and this artery is why people say it's risky which I classify as a dumb take. Why ?

First, when this artery enters the infraorbital area; It's protected by infraorbital canal which is a bone (intra-osseous) so you can't hit it or inject to it. (It's in vertically same position of lateral canthus).

1771151045839
Second, When it's in infraorbital foramen (which is the point in the picture), it goes out from the canal and it's in 6-10mm deep. And if you're not a retard you won't be hitting the artery here because it's location is none of your business. You won't be in need of injecting your filler to fucking bone (6-10mm deep) in this area, because it's mostly not needed in this much below the eyes. And I still want to point out that it's protected BY the bone.

It's key-crossing is 7-10mm below infraorbital rim, 6-10mm lateral to nasal ala. It's depth can depend on the person tho, still if you don't inject it below infraorbital rim, you won't have any problem.

Angular Artery:

1771151333123
You WON'T be hitting here. It has nothing to do with your filler injection points neither your recession.

Dorsal Nasal Artery:
1771151521008
Again, nasal arteries don't bother you if you don't press forward a lot which you shouldn't and you won't if you're not a sub50 iq retard.

THEN WHY THE FUCK DO YOU THINK IT'S RISKY ? Explanation:
1771151743370

When you look at this artery map, you may think it's a vascular area and shit. But the thing what makes it nonsense is the veins locations and their risk factor.

The vein y'all see and classify as risky is "inferior marginal arterial arcade" Which is parallel to infraorbital rim and you're not going to fucking inject here in the first case and it's diameter is fucking 0.3mm-0.5mm. In the first place, you don't inject here in the second place even though you're a tard and you inject, dw risk is way way less than infraorbital artery. The diameter is so thin that the blood pressure there is way lesser and it's connected to less important arteries. Nothing will happen in case you inject a small amount of filler then realize it's an artery then pull out. In the worst case where you'll inject a lot in it (which won't happen because you'll spread the filler to the area) you can get Localized ischemia which WON'T make you blind or anything else, it'll fade out since you realize it earlier.

I'll be waiting against arguments from the ones who can't even think about doing it because they're scared of a fucking needle like a 9 yo.

ok brah do it. idk why you would chose filler instead of fat grafts for infras tho

Can't handle the setup and you can't do it alone + fat graft requires more effort than the filler + you need to sustain it.

I can just get my 50$ worth of equipment and do filler by myself. Overfilled fat graft by a pro still could mog though.

just save for a bit and get fat graft + implants, will look 100x better and u don’t have to worry abt filler-dissolving it-filler ect
