Can you loose soft undereye tissue due to poor sleep or is it lack of bones?
Can braces have recessed by maxilla and give me hollow eye look?

its often a combination of both, you need to fix both issues

and depending on the elastics, braces can make ur maxilla worse

My younger brother has really good fat deposit which clearly seems to be missing in my case
Maybe my fat deposits slid down to the cheek area JFL
P.S- I don't want to do fillers, infraorbital implants work?

Yeah it should but if the eyes aren't deep set enough it might look uncanny orbital decompression is better but it might change pfl a bit
