Undereye mystery

My undereye is weird, like my undereye is bulgy like im sleepy. What is this and how to fix it ?

My hypothesis are either :
-i have round eye
-I have gained too moch fat and lose too mich fat on a short period of time
-i have bad collagen

Help me understand thanks
