Undereye puffiness + discoloration

What can I do to fix this? I’m already extremely lean. (Around 7.5% BF) get 9-11 hours of sleep a night and have drank nothing but coconut water and have kept sodium extremely low for past 3 weeks

Its not puffy you have great infraorbitals!! Very projected. People would genuinely kill for this kind of thing.

These are your options they can be combined or done at different time.

• Filler - cheap and temporary and easy however has migration risk and cant fill as well
• Fat grafting - more natural however has risk of loss of fat
• Implants - hardest to place and remove but doesnt have those issues
• Laser or topical - gets rid of the discoloration

bro you dont need any of this there is quite literally no problem. Either that or its not a good photo
