Undereye serum?

For someone with like averagely recessed infras im curious if it would be worth it to get an undereye serum. I don't really get eye bags but sometimes I do mildly and I feel it would be a nice touch to have perfect undereyes (0 signs of eyebags). Anyone have undereye seum reccomendations (caffine?) or is ts cope and i should j buy concealer?
