The issue is that there are no reliable hardmaxxes to get this, there exist fillers and fat grafts, but the lower eyelid area is incredibly thin, so the results from this usually flop as fat tissue dies, or the filler moves around, the lower eyelid area is not a good place to inject anything.

Well, you can try aegyo sal filler or fat grafts at your own risk, but I wouldn't recommend. Really out of all things you could get surgery for, that's just not a good one. It costs money, aegyo sal doesn't even ascend you that much, so much other stuff you could do, I wouldn't worry about this at all.

if you want any improvement for your undereye I'd try an eye cream formulated with retinol to increase collagen production and make the area sag a bit less. But as far as hardmaxxes go? Not worth it, IMO

Basically everyone has upper eyelid exposure, what varies between individuals is that some people have more fat above their eyelids that covers that exposure. People with low "UEE" just have tons of fat above their eye, which we can replicate with fat grafting like below

Sean O' Pry didn't have this done, but as an example, with a good enough surgeon you could get his basically negative levels of UEE
