If your hitting bench for chest gains and you dont feel shit stretching or contracting ur chest you need to try the guillotine press
Same pressing movement, but prioritize flaring elbows out more in a 90 degree angle rhan you normally could, bring the bar down to your clavicles and feel how much more fucking stretch you get in the chest.
First time i tried this got an orgasmic pump and if its over might as well go out this way JFL
