Everyone loves to talk about infras and under eye support but I find that noone ever talks about the importance of the supra orbitals
If you have recessed supras, you pretty much have nct no matter what. Even though your lateral canthus is higher than your medial canthus, your upper eyelid forms a downwards slope to your lateral canthus making your eyes look slanted downwards, looking like this.
Not the best example, but you can see that the eye slopes downwards due to the lack of bone in the inner upper eye area.
The worst part of this is that you always look defeated
making you look vulnerable or tired all the time
