Farmer walks + hip thrusts

I'd put neck curls but everyone knows that by now
 
unironically most lifts are overrated

just bench + pull up + squat and add isolation movements for where you need them instead of doing all this goofy ass shit

Squats don't work glutes, pull ups don't work neck, and bench don't work for arms and traps
