mhtn with a nice body (height+frame) is the minimum where you can potentially be nd and still be approached

I mean ltn to htn is a massive change, most of them wont get that kind of ascension.

but yea from a personal growth it does help you a lot, but if your h-mtn and ascend to m-htn then it's no use, like you're the better version of yourself, get more matches but the other aspects are still the same as before
