This is going to be a quick thread on understanding what Cialis is, how it works, and how it can affect your appearance.

Cialis (Tadalafil is the generic name) is a PDE5 inhibitor that is commonly used for treating erectile dysfunction.

A misconception I see a few people speak about is regarding caffeine. Caffeine is a non-selective PDE inhibitor. But it is very weak, and its general use is blocking adenosine receptors (what makes you feel alert).

Back to Cialis, it is famous for increasing nitric oxide (NO) signaling. It does this not by creating more NO, but by blocking PDE5, which breaks down cGMP (a molecule that helps NO)

NO is great for your health, reducing blood pressure, improving cardiac health, improving gym sessions with more accessible blood flow, increased respiratory response, and faster muscle recovery.

The second main effect of Cialis is vasodilation, which is just widening the blood vessels for more blood flow; this goes hand in hand with the NO.

Now the cool part with vasodilation is that you will get more visible veins, most commonly in your hands (which is super ideal). Especially during your workout, you will get an INSANE pump even with no effort.

Another misconception is that Cialis will increase your testosterone, but I see no evidence to support it very strongly. If it does increase your T levels, it would probably be very minimal.

Cialis will obviously improve your erection quality. Easy erections that last longer, making your penis rock solid, and more veins popping out on it too.

Cialis is very safe with minimal side effects. It can be taken every day, and the recommended dose is 5mg. There is really no reason not to be on it.

IN SUMMARY: Cialis will improve your health, improve your sex life, and improve vascularity.
