Yea mostly clear but leave some in. Generally indian women look better with no undertones, indian men look better with some still left imo

there are no studies proving it will change your undertones.
Well, megadosing beta carotene, lycopene, and antioxidants like glutathione, resveratrol, zeaxanthin all affect your undertones.
Carotenemia is a great example of a beta carotene hyperdose. @Prettyboy can also confirm this is legit.

I don't take lycopene yet only astaxanthin zeaxanthin lutein. I don't take beta carotene or glutathione but I might take msm to detan tbh. Reservatol is the polyphenol in wine right I thought it was just anti aging? Apparently not?

@RabidRosaries bro Vitamin A toxicity will lead to yellow undertone as it causes cholestasis. This also applies to beta carotene, zeaxanthin lutein, lycopene.

Vitamin C stops bile production. Bile is the main way to eliminate fat soluble vitamins, heavy metals, and hormones.

ffs there's always a side or the threat of a side. Literally can't even eat vegetables in this day an age thanks to muh anti nutrients :soy:
