im 15 and 5 10 and i weigh like 124 pounds, ive been growing talling for the last 2 year but im not gaining anyweight. I lwk just started trying to ascend and i need tips and what i should do to get a better body.

find your daily maintenance here or any other calorie calculator
Then add like 300-600 calories to that to bulk
then gym and stuff

im 5'10 and 70 kg damn yo:hnghn:, anyway eat carbs and dont east bullshit junkfood and dirty bulk but natural

Go to the gym, eat in a calorie surplus, get enough protein (atleast 2 gram per kg of bodyweight), sleep enough and as you make good progress look into PEDs. Mark as solution

quick question, if i sleep like 7-9 hours each day is it fine if on the weekends I stay up late but still get all my hours of sleep?
