undiagnosed adhd has destroyed me

can't get meds because people abuse adderall and there is a shortage, can't get diagnosed cause jews want heaps of money and takes ages to see a psych.

I will have a life or death situation in which I need to complete a task and I just won't be able to do it cause I just can't bring myself to concentrate or care
