Orthodoxy. Islam is low IQ but orthodoxy is true Christianity and Poland is a Roman Catholic country so as orthodox you’ll be conquering the people and restoring them to true Christianity. You’ll also have an easier time controlling the natives as your subjects if your Christian whilst if your Muslim you risk being assassinated esp in Poland
