In Most cases, it is caused by uneven muscle tension/strength.

In 90% of these cases, the result is scapular winging.
In rare cases, it is S-shaped scoliosis.

What you need to do is visit a doctor/ Physical therapist to learn how to deal with it.
It is mostly basic things, like workout exercises, stretching, and posture correction.

My suggestion is

Follow a strong workout plan
Ex.:
Training your back muscles one by one
1. Hyperextension
1787859198252
This exercise trains your lower back muscles.

2. Chin-ups
1787859275137

This mainly trains your lats and then your upper back.

3. Pull-ups
1787859332771
Same as chin-ups

These are just the exercises, but most of the work is about your posture.

First thing, Stand Up straight.
1787859484141

Second thing, Don't over use your left/right side of your body.
What I mean is, most of the time you're holding your phone using the dominant side and ignoring the other.
By doing this, you are making one side of your body stronger than the other.
Fix: Try using your weaker side.

For further advice, I strongly suggest that you visit a doctor or a physical therapist

So it can be scoliosis?
It seems so, but only an X-ray can confirm whether it is real or not.

This figure is not fully accurate.

It seems weird, but you may have had it for a long time and never noticed it.
But don't worry, your case doesn't look dangerous or scary, and I can tell you It's fixable 100%.
