the bone difference is obviously asymmetrical to someone like me

insertions arent the bone is slight but not enough to be very worried about

my right pec looks like it never went a day of training bro:(
 
would foids notice easily in public?
probably not, best case scenario is just stop lifting much on the more developed side cuz if ur insertions are symmetrical u can slightly catch up the right side

my case is worse cuz i have shit insertions on right side so its not just a bone issue but also insertion issue and theres no fixing that

its actually suifuel tbh cant even enjoy lifting anymore

It's guaranteed that some side is much tighter and you need to massage a lot of parts

the process is brutal, it hurts so fucking much and you need to do it for weeks for it to at least loosen

then you'll make some progress

with this kind of asymmetry theres definitely tight muscles and I never knew until I went to a specialist andn he told me to do this and that then I quit bc of money

the forward shoulder is what fucks my pec development. Plus my insertions are different too (not visible in the pic cz im not big enough lol)

its fucked bro i need to go to a PRI specialist and work from head to toe, vision, hearing, foot arch... u name it. + there's no PRI specialists in my country and its fucking expensive. Not gonna happen tbh
