Uneven canthal tilt

Is there anyway to fix my uneven eyes? I feel it’s a weird situation cause I can’t really notice it in the mirror and can only tell when I take pictures. No body has ever pointed it out so idk if it’s unnoticeable, or people just don’t want to be rude. I don’t want to do surgery either because I’m Muslim so it would be haram if it’s for cosmetic purposes only, and I don’t really care about looks enough to take that risk possibly going blind.

Haram almost never stops muslims from doing anything, other than maybe drugs/alchol and consumption of pork.

They just restructure everything, in a way that very obviously is still haram but they larp its not. It's the same way with the jews but the jews are way more elaborate about the whole thing.

Interest on loans, is haram. so Muslims just charge "fees" in slightly different ways now not haram.

If you cant get it just for cosmetic reasons then get it for like some bullshit not medical reason.

I actually believe my religion unlike most people, I’m not going to try to trick God for something so minor, especially cause even if it wasn’t forbidden there’s a risk of losing eye sight.

I believe that God created us perfectly and that it was our habits growing up and our ancestors habits that “ruined” a lot of people. Looks doesn’t matter in the grand scheme of things since it really only affects this life which is one that is such short lived in comparison to the after life.

pelvic tilt and scoliosis can cause assymetry if you have shit posture

Yeah you're right it's about the food people eat but not only the food you ate but what 10 generations before you consumed. Should you live with the easily fixable flaw on your face just because its haram?

Well yes, because I want to go to heaven and obeying Gods orders is needed for that. Plus, even if it wasn’t haram necessarily, I don’t think it’s worth the risk. Personally, I believe that most rulings are made to protect the person. While it wouldn’t necessarily hurt me to get the surgery, there is always a possibility. It’s not like I NEED the surgery, I just WANT it. I do believe if your life was genuinely unbearable because of the conditions you are in physically it would be permissible. But, like I said, I don’t think it is that deep in my case since it’s mainly a flaw only I really notice and care about. Also I find it necessary that people do not get obsessed with anything, because balance is mandatory for life. I can care about my looks and do my best to maximize it, but it won’t be the end of me if I don’t let it. Also I’m not sure if it is necessarily haram even in this case since it’s not directly mentioned in the Quran.
