Uneven fat distribution

When I was a 11-12 year old (start of puberty) I was kinda chubby, so I had higher estrogen. Most of my fat went into my legs and I have never cut down my weight so it never dissapeared. Now that I'm cutting, I can see them getting slimmer, but they are still unproportional to my face and body. When I finish cutting, and regain some fat, will I still regain in my legs, or just evenly, or more on spots like my stomach since I have lower estrogen on the cut (Guessing, since my gyno is getting better now).

I've had this exact question before

I.e. is it where you put on fat initially, or the last place you lost fat --- after losing weight

Everyone has different parts of there body where fat will be stored. At the start of my fitness journey I had quad separation in my legs and a considerate gut and fat in my abdominal region/lowerback. As I began to workout those went away before others. I think if you ever bulk you will naturally have fat gain in the legs first.
