this part of my infras are asymmetric

it’s more downward and recessed (on the right eye) my vision is also worse on the right eye it’s 1.50 astigmatism on the right and 1.25 on the left it’s because of the infras I think, what can I get to fix it and what went wrong what did I do wrong for it to become asymmetryical?

Custom implants lmao, it’s the best option. You could also consider a cement fill in but that one is hard to find a surgeon who does it, and is not very known or tested
