It's not like my lips are different sizes. It's just my muscles are holding them to let one side sag. If I like tence one side it pulls it up

Longer or taller?
The vaseline lip therapy i used increased my mouth width as a whole, temproarily of course, permanent effect needs daily water intake. The problem is saturation anyway.

look up facial exercises for symmetry if it's not skeletal you can fix it pretty easily by training your zygomatic muscles (minors & majors)

but if you're entire jaw is asymmetrical it's over

I'm 14 Bru I ain't doing all that especially since facial exercises could go a long way and it already has helped a lot. It was a lot worse before
