Does anyone know how to fix this uneven rib cage/ribflare? Any exercises I can do?
Also it messes up my shoulders one is my down than the other

no shit dumbass if you pack a ton of muscle + fat from not being lean it will just hide the rib flare.
It didnt fix shit like no exercise will.
Only thing that will is surgery unfortunately.
