Uneven UEE softmaxx?

My stronger and more dominant eye has more UEE compared to my left eye, which is weaker and is my lazy eye. This leads to my eyes looking uneven where one seems slightly bigger than the other and I jus really want to fix it.

Unfortunately im not gonna have access to any of those things aside from maybe eyelid tape. Do you happen to know anything I can do at home to get rid of it over time?
