Uneven upper eyelid exposure help

My upper eyelid exposure is uneven, it was normal before and then randomly got messed up.

The eyelid on the messed up one feels weird, when I blink and look forward it feels stuck? Wtf is that

Is genetics or in my case I broke my bone above the eyebrows when I was younger so it lead to asymmetrical hooding I guess

Fr or troll? I think it looks horrible, especially because my eyelashes and under-eye area are pointing downward and giving me an NCT look. Even though I had pct a few years

i fixed the problem with beauty sleep

the NCT is about the only thing that's bad

the rest is great
