Uneven UUE

Why do I have more UUE on my right eye than my left? Is it a posture problem or genetics? How can I fix this issue if there is any way?

its pure genetics and there is no fix other than frauding or surgery.

ptosis is just genetics not much you can do, there are certain medications and surgery but if you get lucky it will go away on its own

Only thing that has ever really worked for me is just like tucking them during snaps like raising my eyebrows and trying to bring them down and foward but that is only good until you blink a couple times then it goes back

Or you can use some ice it fix my uue in 2 day and it be worse

Also some days its not bad at all and barley noticeable and others it is. idk if that changes anything

Got the same problem after I got punched on my eye and it became swollen, its been uneven ever since.
