Unfair expectations

I don't know whats the deal here where I work.

I am man. But somehow they expect me to say hi and smile to everyone theoughout the whole day. For what? Just to clean some putrit toilets or some shit. Are you for real?

I can see the same person 6 times in one day and every single one it's expected from me to have a small talk and smile and shit. It's simply not in my nature and I have the feeling I'm coming across as an asshole for not doing it all the time.

The thing is that some ladies definitely do NOT do this. I can see it. And if they do it it's because nobody cares. They're not subject to the same expectations. They can be blunt and it's ok cuz it's a woman.

Honestly I don't know if this is supposed to be the way people socialize I get you talk once but nigga it cannot happen every fucking time I see you.

And I have to fake this most of the time and I think that I probably look super fake too cuz im literally forcing myself talk to a person that I don't (hacer interest to ) know.
