Unfixable eyebrows?

Short story for reference: when I was around 7-9 I busted open my left eyebrow had to get somewhere between 6-12 stitches can’t remember exactly.
I’m wondering if I can grow new hair over the stitches the only hair that grows are around the stitches. My eyebrows are usually pretty thick but because of this it makes the left eyebrow look slanted unlike my other eyebrow. So I try to match it with my others ( never looks good) What can I do?

i'd say thin them out a little bit, if that makes you look HORRIBLE, rub sperm on your left eyebrow
