Everyone is gonna tell you cope methods but nothin beats surgery

Your lower third needs work
Would recommend chin wing + browridge implants
And a slight rhino. Tbh you should focus on your lower third before anything else.

• slight rhinoplasty 8k–15k
• chin wing osteotomy 15k–30k
• brow ridge implants 8k–15k
• anesthesia hospital surgeon fees 5k–10k

35k on the low end

60k+ if top surgeon big city

going abroad (turkey mexico korea)

• rhino 3k–6k
• chin wing 6k–12k
• brow ridge implants 3k–6k
• hospital anesthesia 2k–4k

A FULL beard is (almost) always a good solution for problems with the lower third.

I personally think goatees are gay and are only worn by people that cant grow a full beard so i honestly would go without a goatee but its on you. maybe it would fraud a little bit out of your chin but i doubt it.
