From the studies I've read even though men reach for psychological help almost as much as women they still have 4x the suicide rate so it's probably shit for helping males. I imagine getting progressively more redpilled and then blackpilled will help men more than most psychiatrists. Learning to stand up for yourself and increasing your looks will alter your life much more than talking to a studycel for a couple of hours every week. Though neither would have helped much for my specific problems.
