I saw this earlier. This is not usually characteristic of Hezbollah. Unlike Hamas or PIJ they don't launch a rocket and not care where it goes. They usually target military sites.....

They are blaming Iron Dome failure.

Historically, the ratio of Palestinian deaths to Israeli deaths in the "wars" (genocides) in Gaza is usually at least 20:1, obviously recently it's even higher. But against Hezbollah, it's more like 100:1 or more, I remember clicking through Wikipedia and reading about episodes where there like 900 Lebanese civilian deaths and 5 Israeli civilian deaths.

So this could mean a huge new stage in this whole thing.

this is different from 20+ years ago. hezbollah is much stronger with way more sophisticated weapons. + Syrian and iraqi resistence groups will get more directly involved.
