Which sports disciplines really increase a man's physical strength?
Such as wanting to pick up an object and lift it, push it, and destroy it with all your strength?
Also learning the technique on how to multiply the use of strenght, such as putting your arm that way to release more energy like 10x, or anything else...
I thought of the usual rugby, wrestling, boxing, but they are sports that physically shatter your brain.
What are other options??
