to answer OP small nose is generally better but a big nose on a man isnt actually too bad so long as youve got a good jaw and chin to give balance to your face

That shits pretty much ideal. No type of rhino or septo would benefit you in the slightest from what I can see in this picture, and would probably do more harm than good.

The "my big nose = masculine" "my big nose = intimidating" cope needs to die already. Big noses do not look good.

All good looking people with big noses look good IN SPITE of their nose, not BECUASE of it.


Having a deformed or poorly shaped nose ensures that any sense of facial harmony is lost - unless all other features are near ideal. There's a reason rhino is one of the most popular surgeries for both men and women.

jaw looks fine imo. May not look as good because your nose takes up a bit too much real estate on the center of your face. I think a rhino will give you the appearance of a slightly bigger jaw, despite it obviously not changing at all in size. Also, phone selfies make anyone's jaw pretty much look like total shit unless they have a pretty nutty jaw.

Nose just need to be straight and not be super wide in relations to your eyes, no flared nostrils either (this why asians/blacks often have less harmony than white guys)

i have a small gummy smile,its would make my side profile pretty much chad+ level and make my face slightly shorter.lefort 1 is very safe ,only 2 and 3 get very risky
